Our warranty policy is very simple, you do not have to read through pages of legalese:

Limited warranty

Aurinco warrants the photovoltaic module against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of sale to the original purchaser, provided it is installed and maintained according to these instructions and service bulletins. The warranty is prorated to the length of use, being a full 100% for the first 2 years, then decreasing to 80% for the third year and a further 10% for each subsequent year. The output of the panel is warranted to be 80% of the original rated output for the same period. Return the module to Aurinco or an authorized distributor for inspection. If the unit is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at our option repair it, replace it or refund you the original purchase price. The warranty does not cover a photovoltaic module that we determine has been installed or used contrary to these instructions or otherwise misused, or been in an accident, or been altered or repaired by someone other than by Aurinco. Specifically excluded are panels that have been installed without protecting wires from chafing, fully waterproofing connections or in a manner that allows repetitive flexing of the panel. The warranty only covers the value of the photovoltaic module itself and not removal, transportation or reinstallation costs, nor any damages for loss of use.
